Terms

Last updated

These are the terms every Axauria project runs on. They are the same terms stated on the homepage, written out. Anything agreed in writing for a specific project overrides what is here.

Scope

One landing page: positioning and copy, a Figma file at desktop and mobile, and the live page, built in a visual builder or in code as agreed for the project. $1,500.

Multi-page work or a larger scope is quoted in writing after a call. The price that applies to you is the one quoted in writing before you pay anything.

What is not included

Ads management and photography are out of scope. So is ongoing maintenance unless it is quoted separately.

Revisions

Two rounds are included. One round means one consolidated list of changes, sent at once. Each round comes back to you within three working days. Further rounds can be quoted separately.

Timeline

First draft lands within two to three weeks. The commitment is to my turnaround, not to a calendar date. The total depends on how quickly you send feedback. You get both numbers in writing before paying.

Payment

Half up front, half at handover. The second half falls due after the two revision rounds, not before.

Ownership

On final payment you own the copy, the design files, and the code outright. You can host it anywhere. I keep the right to show the work publicly unless you ask me not to, in which case I will not.

What is not promised

No performance guarantee is given, and none should be accepted from anyone who cannot show the denominator behind it. I do not have your traffic, your offer, or your baseline, and I have no track record to predict from. What is promised is a page built through the six layers, a gate report you can re-run, and two rounds of revision.

Ending it

Either side can stop before the first draft is delivered; the deposit covers work done to that point and nothing further is owed. After the first draft, the remaining balance is due for work delivered.
